Beijing Interlaw Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and is a cross-border legal service resource sharing platform.  Focusing on facilitating the cooperation among global lawyers, corporate legal counsels, and business leaders with overseas legal resources, Interlaw finds and matches suitable foreign lawyers, investigation companies, training institutions, and other partners, as well as provides services for overseas legal consultations, due diligence, business negotiations, establishment and dissolution of entities, human resources, legal training and studying abroad, and overseas dispute resolution. Interlaw aims at providing one-stop, all-inclusive, and personalized services for clients' international legal needs.

Starting from October 2022, Beijing Interlaw Consulting Company has jointly established a  "Foreign-Related Legal Affairs Center" with Beijing Renren Law Technology Group and expanded its scope to include international legal topic seminars and discussions and overseas legal training for government, associations, companies, lawyers, and legal professionals, in addition to Interlaw's existing foreign-related legal services and consulting work.
